Absolutely. We work regularly with event coordinators, EAs, and corporate event teams. Provide us with a point of contact and we’ll handle all scheduling, logistics, and communication directly with them.
For large events with specific timing requirements, 4–6 weeks notice is ideal. For executive transfers and smaller-scale bookings, we can often accommodate 1–2 weeks notice. If your date is time-sensitive, contact us as early as possible.
Our fleet currently consists of two vehicles. Both can be booked simultaneously for events requiring paired arrivals or a matched fleet aesthetic. Contact us to discuss multi-vehicle arrangements and pricing.
